Use Zwift with your training plan
You can use your workouts directly from your calendar with Zwift - in two ways:
Variant A: Automatic synchronization via Intervals.icu
With this method you can automatically synchronize your DunMove workouts with Zwift - without copying any files. You need two connections: first DunMove with Intervals.icu, then Intervals.icu with Zwift.
-
Connect your DunMove plan with Intervals.icu.
To the DunMove instructions for Intervals.icu -
Activate the connection between Intervals.icu and Zwift.

If you have any questions: Zwift also explains the third-party provider connection here:
Zwift help: Connecting third-party platforms
Zwift automatically displays all Intervals.icu workouts for the next 7 days. Running activities from Zwift are also transferred to Intervals.icu.
Variant B: Manual insertion of the .zwo files
If you want to use your workouts manually with Zwift, you can add them directly to your Zwift directory as .zwo files. This works on Windows and Mac.
This is how you get your .zwo files from DunMove:
-
Click on an individual workout in your training calendar to download the corresponding .zwo file - or use the button below the calendar to download all workouts together as a ZIP file.
- Open the folder: Documents > Zwift > Workouts > [your Zwift ID].
- Paste the .zwo file(s) into this folder.
- Restart Zwift - the workouts will appear under 'Custom Workouts' in the game.
Attention: If the file is larger than 64 KB, it will only work on the device on which it was inserted.
