General Terms and Conditions (AGB)

Scope of application

These GTC apply to all contracts between DunMove and end customers who purchase digital training plans via www.dunmove.com. Commercial customers (e.g. clubs or companies) can also purchase plans for their athletes, but resale is not permitted.

Services

DunMove offers performance-based, individual training plans for cyclists. The plans are personalized and are provided digitally via the user account on the website. They are not sent physically or by email.

Conclusion of contract

The contract is concluded by payment via the payment provider Paddle. Paddle acts as merchant of record and settles all purchases independently. The contract language is German. The text of the contract is not stored permanently.

Prices and payment

Prices are based on the customer's country of residence and may include country-specific taxes. Paddle takes care of the processing and tax calculation.

Delivery / Provision

After successful payment, the individual plan is generated automatically and can be viewed directly in the user area on the website. There is no download or dispatch.

Right of withdrawal

There is no right of withdrawal according to §356 Abs.5 BGB, as it is individually created, non-returnable digital content and the customer expressly agrees that DunMove begins with the execution before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Health advice

Use of the training plans is at your own risk. Before starting a training program, it is recommended that you undergo a medical examination to rule out any possible health risks.

DunMove is not liable for physical damage, training failures or unachieved performance goals. The content does not constitute medical or sports science advice.

Data protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.

Final provisions

German law shall apply. The place of jurisdiction is Plettenberg, insofar as legally permissible.
