When, how much, how long?

With DunMove, you don't have to be a training pro: We simply ask you when you can train, how much time you want to invest per week, when your plan should start and end and whether you have any specific highlights (e.g. competitions or events). Based on your information, we will create an individual training plan for you - well-founded, performance-oriented and based on the principles of modern training science.
